B- Asset / business management.
The eventual family assets used for financing or other operations carried out by the company are valued and differentiated. The purpose of said intervention is, on the one hand, to separate and safeguard said heritage. On the other, assess the option of using own resources in the day-to-day management of the company,
C- Due Dilligence.
The different areas of the company are analyzed in order to assess and evaluate the different contingencies.
A process of "self-review" is always recommended and hygienic, from all areas. Our opinion tells us that one of the key needs of SMEs is to be aware of their needs and, above all, their possible weaknesses.
On the other hand, the Due Dilligence serves to prepare the company for a possible purchase offer from a third party, as well as to assess it in the event of a succession change in the Body of administration.
